Projects
Each year, Leadership Winnipeg participants are given a group project that is to be completed outside class hours and is to be presented at the final session.
Project Objectives:
- To learn to work as a team with people who bring different skills and styles to the table
- To develop project and time management, organizational and leadership skills
- To gain a better understanding of our community through first-hand research
